Italian Port Authority AdSP names Andrea Bottone and Fabrizio Marilli to senior posts

The Autorità di Sistema Portuale (AdSP) appointed Dr. Andrea Bottone as the new single administrator of PAS Srl, the in‑house Port Authority Security company. The appointment, signed by AdSP president Raffaele Latrofa, follows the resignation of the previous administrator in December 2025. Bottone was selected from six candidates after a public selection process and will serve an initial one‑year term, renewable for up to two additional years, with an annual gross salary of €39,000. The AdSP also approved PAS Srl’s 2025 financial statements, which showed a loss covered by reserves.

In a separate move, the AdSP named Fabrizio Marilli as its new secretary general, effective 7 September. Marilli succeeds Salvatore Minervino and brings extensive experience from senior roles within the Italian port system, including leadership positions in the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea ports. AdSP president Mirco Carloni said the appointment ensures continuity and will support the authority’s operational efficiency and ongoing development projects.
