Italian public figures share family news

Andrea Rizzoli and his wife, makeup artist Serena Meriggioli, are expecting their first child, a daughter, in December. The baby will be named Eleonora, after Rizzoli’s late mother, the actress Eleonora Giorgi, who passed away in March 2025 after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Separately, showgirl Giorgia Palmas and Filippo Magnini are preparing for the arrival of their son, expected in March. Palmas, 44, has shared progress on decorating the nursery via social media, featuring animal-themed decorations chosen with the help of their daughter, Mia.
