The Lazio regional government approved a €200,000 allocation to strengthen the ski offering and promotional activities at the Terminillo resort in Rieti, as announced by regional assessor Manuela Rinaldi. The funding is intended to improve slopes, enhance tourism promotion and support a vibrant winter season for locals and visitors.

The Lombardy region gave the green light to a new Accordo di Programma for the Presolana‑Monte Pora ski area. The plan, presented by assessor Massimo Sertori, includes expanding ski capacity, adding a Flow Country track, a Fun Bob run, a new chairlift, an adventure park, and upgrades to mountain infrastructure. The agreement, involving the Province of Bergamo, several municipalities and local companies, will be executed between the second half of 2026 and 2030.
