Italian regions roll out new youth and family support programmes
The Ambito Territoriale Sociale Basso Molise continues its DesTEENazione project, funded under the 2021‑2027 National Inclusion and Poverty‑Reduction Programme. As part of the initiative, a "Spazio Genitori" forum will be held on 7‑8 July, offering parents a dialogue with psychologists on the emotional and relational impact of social‑media use among adolescents.
In Gioia Sannitica, officials presented the "Resto al Sud 2.0" incentive and the Ministry‑backed Project Rete on 8 July. The measures aim to support young people who wish to start or expand businesses in the Mezzogiorno, with financing details provided by Invitalia’s hub manager. Both programmes are linked to the national PNRR plan and the EU NextGenerationEU fund, targeting economic growth, youth entrepreneurship and social inclusion in southern Italian communities.
