The Marche region has opened a public selection for two employment projects aimed at residents aged 60 to 66 who are unemployed and not yet pensioners. The schemes, "Radici attive" and "Tempi diversi," offer 20 positions across nine municipalities, a twelve‑month contract of 30 hours per week, and a gross monthly allowance of about €963, fully funded by the regional government. Applications must be submitted by 13:00 on 21 July 2026.

In the Trentino area, the municipalities of Trento and Rovereto are implementing several welfare‑generation projects under regional bando programmes. These initiatives combine on‑the‑job training, life‑coaching and community‑market activities to integrate people with vulnerabilities, including migrants, the socially excluded and those at risk of unemployment. Partnerships involve local authorities, social cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and foundations, targeting dozens to over two hundred participants and aiming to foster a solidary economy and urban regeneration.
