Monaco Prince Albert Sailing Trophy to Launch in Venice June 27‑28, 2026

The 13th edition of the Trofeo Principato di Monaco – Le Vele d’Epoca will take place on the waters of the San Marco Basin and the Lido in Venice on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June 2026. The regatta is organized by Honorary Consul Anna Licia Balzan, with sporting direction by Mirko Sguario of the Yacht Club Venezia and under the patronage of the Italian Association of Classic Yachts. In addition to classic sailing competition, the event highlights marine conservation, featuring the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation‑Italy, CNR‑ISMAR, Venice Sustainability Foundation and Corila. Historic vessels such as the 1858 cutter Sorella of the Italian Navy and a fleet of vintage wooden Passatore boats will compete. Winners will receive exclusive experiences at Monaco’s Oceanographic Museum and a stay at top princely hotels. The ceremony and award presentations will be held at the CNR‑ISMAR facilities in the Arsenale.
