Italian school offices begin publishing teacher assignment bulletins
Italian provincial school offices have begun publishing bulletins for teacher assignments for the 2026/2027 school year. The process includes 'bollettino zero', a preliminary phase to manage teaching continuity for support teachers based on family requests, and 'bollettino 1' for new fixed-term assignments.
Several provinces have already released results, including Rovigo, Bari, Perugia, Pordenone, Frosinone, Viterbo, Novara, and Siena. While the Ministry of Education aims to complete the process by August 31, some offices may continue working through the weekend to ensure teachers can begin service by September 1.
Assignments are being processed through computerized procedures using the GPS (Graduatorie Provinciali per la Supplenza) rankings. Teachers can receive notifications regarding their appointments via email and the IO app.
