Italian schools participate in Erasmus+ international exchange programs
Italian educational institutions are participating in various Erasmus+ mobility programs to promote international collaboration and student development.
In Galatina, the Liceo Scientifico Vallone is hosting Erasmus Days from October 12 to 17. The event brings together students and teachers from Lithuania, Latvia, and France to share cultural experiences and educational paths. The program includes academic discussions featuring figures such as European Commission Executive Vice President Raffaele Fitto, alongside cultural excursions to Lecce and the Salento region.
Separately, 15 students from the Alfano-Perrotta Institute in Termoli recently completed an Erasmus+ mission in Marijampolė, Lithuania. Partnering with Marijampolės Sūduvos gimnazija, the project focused on school well-being and the responsible use of digital technologies. The itinerary included STEM workshops in chemistry and mechanical engineering, as well as cultural visits to Kaunas, Vilnius, and Trakai.
