Italian schools receive eTwinning National Quality Labels
Two Italian educational institutions have been awarded the eTwinning National Quality Label, a recognition of excellence in European educational cooperation.
Liceo Carmine Sylos in Bitonto received four awards for projects including ‘Stage the Mind’, ‘Youngcast’, ‘Words of Peace’, and ‘Radio Voices for European Environmental Awareness’. These projects utilized digital tools and foreign languages to foster collaboration between students and schools across Europe, focusing on themes such as theater, podcasts, environmental awareness, and peace culture.
Additionally, the Istituto Comprensivo Enrico Ibsen in Casamicciola Terme earned a double recognition for two international projects. Led by teacher Loredana Peruffo, the school was honored for integrating technological innovation and active student participation. One of the highlighted projects, ‘Life Skills Through Stories’, utilized storytelling as a method for personal growth and learning.
