Italian security firms expand services and make strategic acquisition
Integrity360 has introduced a new Threat Intelligence Services portfolio aimed at helping businesses detect external cyber threats early, investigate emerging risks, and make more informed security decisions. The offering bundles three managed services—threat investigation and reporting, digital risk and brand protection, and fraud detection and investigation—available separately or together. Director of Product Management Brian Martin said most organizations focus on protecting internal networks while lacking visibility of external threat activity, noting that “cyber criminals leave digital traces long before an attack materialises, and our service helps organisations act on those early warning signals.”
Security provider Axitea announced the acquisition of Digitronica, a software specialist for integrated corporate security solutions. The deal, the third acquisition completed in 2026 after Surveye and ECI Elettronica, expands Axitea’s capabilities in identity management, access control, visitor handling and centralised system supervision. CEO Marco Bavazzano said the purchase “strengthens our ability to turn security into an integrated, intelligent asset that meets the operational needs of complex, multi‑site enterprises,” bringing the group to over 1,000 employees and €110 million in revenue.
