Italian Senate announces recruitment for 30 parliamentary secretaries
The Senate of the Republic has announced a public competition to hire 30 parliamentary secretaries. These roles are divided into five specializations: 12 legal documentarians, 8 economic documentarians, 6 IT technicians, 2 structural-building technicians, and 2 plant technicians.
Successful candidates will receive an initial annual salary exceeding 45,000 euros, which can increase to over 136,000 euros over the course of their career. Requirements include Italian citizenship, being between 18 and 40 years old, and holding a bachelor's degree with a minimum grade of 105/110 (unless the candidate holds a master's degree). Applications must be submitted electronically via the Senate's platform by August 27, 2026.
