Italian Serie D clubs sign forwards Andrea Zini and Francesco Persiani

L'Aquila 1927 announced the signing of forward Andrea Zini, a 1998‑born player who previously featured for Ancona in Serie C and has amassed over 160 appearances, 48 goals and 21 assists across six Serie D seasons with clubs such as Pianese, San Donato Tavarnelle, Ghiviborgo, Piacenza, Follonica Gavorrano, Recanatese and Ancona.

Civitanovese Calcio reported a preliminary agreement to acquire Francesco Persiani, a 2002‑born attacker who came through the youth systems of Ascoli and Teramo, made his senior debut with Giulianova in the Eccellenza, and later played in Serie D with L'Aquila before returning to Eccellenza clubs Chiesanuova and Osimana.
