Set in late‑19th‑century Turin, it follows her fight against gender‑based legal restrictions while solving crimes. The cast includes Eduardo Scarpetta, Pier Luigi Pasino, Sara Lazzaro, Sinéad Thornhill and Dario Aita. Filmed on location in Turin and other Piedmont sites, the series is directed by Matteo Rovere and Letizia Lamartire and blends investigative intrigue with a story of emancipation, independence and equality.
