Italian sites publish GDPR privacy notices for user data
DM Solutions srls, the operator of the Amiatanews website, issued a privacy notice that explains the collection of personal data such as name, email address and IP address when users browse the site or subscribe to newsletters. The notice states that processing is based on legitimate interest, outlines the purposes of ensuring site functionality and statistical analysis, and informs users of their GDPR rights.
CONFESERCENTI NAZIONALE, based in Rome, posted a similar GDPR‑compliant notice describing how it processes personal data entered through its online forms, the legal basis for processing, the limited retention period (up to 30 days), and the rights of data subjects, including access, rectification and the contact details of its Data Protection Officer.
Both notices emphasize compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and provide users with information on how their data may be used and protected.
