Italian students participate in cultural exchange and philosophy programs
Students in Italy are participating in various cultural and educational initiatives. Approximately one hundred students from Liceo Dal Piaz attended the Philosophy Festival in Carpi and Modena. The program included lectures and discussions with scholars and intellectuals, such as Stefano Massini and Cardinal Ravasi, allowing students to engage with contemporary philosophical themes outside the traditional classroom setting.
In Noto, an Erasmus project has been launched to facilitate an exchange between the Istituto Comprensivo ‘Giuseppe Melodia’ and the Hungarian town of Kiskőrös. From October 4 to 10, ten middle school students will travel to Hungary for a week of training and cultural exchange. The partnership is rooted in a literary connection between the two towns, linked by the poet Sándor Petőfi and the philologist Giuseppe Cassone, who translated Petőfi’s works into Italian.
