Italian students participate in Erasmus+ educational exchanges in Greece
Students from Italian educational institutions recently participated in Erasmus+ mobility programs in Greece, focusing on sustainability, STEM, and European values.
Delegates from Liceo Pestalozzi engaged in the “Gamify Green” project in Volos. The initiative, involving partners from Greece, Turkey, and Bulgaria, utilized gamification to teach environmental sustainability. Students developed “Greenopoly,” a board game centered on ecological themes, and participated in multimedia projects in English.
Separately, students from the Guglielmo II Institute in Monreale traveled to Heraklion, Crete, as part of the “Connecting European Values with Mythology and Modern STEM” project. This program, which includes participants from Poland and Turkey, combined Greek mythology with digital skills. Students engaged in coding workshops using Scratch to recreate myths and visited historical sites such as the Palace of Knossos and the Heraklion Archaeological Museum.
