Italian summer night festivals Tiranotte and NotteNera attract visitors in August
Tirano will host the annual Tiranotte night on Saturday, 8 August 2026. The event runs from 18:30 to 01:00, turning the historic centre and Madonna di Tirano into a pedestrian‑only promenade with live concerts, DJ sets, open shops, food stalls and a family zone with inflatable games. Residents and tourists can stroll among music, local crafts and dining venues, highlighting the town’s commercial and cultural life.
In Serra de’ Conti, the NotteNera festival marks its 20‑year anniversary on Saturday, 22 August 2026. The special edition features a multidisciplinary programme of theatre, music, visual arts and animation, with artists such as Drew Colby, Ganna, and the Menoventi company. The festival also pays tribute to co‑founder Paula Carbini, who passed away earlier in the year, and is curated by Sabrina Maggiori and Carolina Mancini. The night‑long schedule begins at 18:30 and runs until dawn, offering a blend of local talent and international acts.
