Italian supercar brands launch V12-powered Veloce12 Aperta and Lamborghini Revuelto SV
Touring Superleggera unveiled the Veloce12 Aperta, a limited‑edition open‑top sports car powered by a 5.5‑liter naturally aspirated V12 delivering 503 hp and 760 Nm of torque. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, tops out at 290 km/h, and features a distinctive removable double‑panel roof, a hand‑shifted six‑speed gearbox, and a bespoke luggage set from Rimowa and Giosa Milano.
Separately, spy photographs captured near Turin show a prototype of Lamborghini’s upcoming Revuelto SV (Super Veloce). The model retains the hybrid V12 powertrain of the standard Revuelto but is expected to push output to around 1,200 hp. Visible changes include a large fixed rear wing, revised rear‑light design, new aerodynamic elements, and possible carbon‑fiber interior trim, all aimed at higher stability and performance.
