Italian television networks announce autumn programming schedules

Italian television autumn programming reality shows Pechino Express Grande Fratello Vip

Major Italian television networks Rai, Mediaset, and Sky are preparing their autumn programming schedules with several high-profile reality shows and talent competitions returning to the air.

Key upcoming broadcasts include X Factor on Sky, starting September 10, and Grande Fratello Vip 9, scheduled for September 14 with Ilary Blasi hosting. Other notable returns include Amici 26, potentially starting September 20, and Tale e Quale Show on September 23. Ballando con le Stelle is expected to premiere on October 3.

Additionally, the adventure game Pechino Express is planning a significant overhaul for its 2027 season. The production is reportedly shifting the competition route from Asia to South America. Filming for the new season is set to begin in November, following a delay caused by an injury to host Costantino della Gherardesca.
