Italian theater productions scheduled in Belluno and beyond

Various theatrical productions are scheduled across Italy. At the Casa delle Arti in Belluno, Tib Teatro is conducting rehearsals for “L’ombra perduta di Peter Schlemihl” from September 19 to 30. Directed by Maria Maglietta and featuring actor Marco Baliani, the production is based on the tale by Adelbert von Chamisso. The play explores the relationship between spoken word, sound dramaturgy, and light. Following its premiere in Bagnacavallo on November 14 and a debut in Potenza on November 18, the production will tour cities including Milan, Naples, and Rome through February.

Additionally, Teatro Bellini will host “AMLETO²,” a production by Filippo Timi, from September 30 to October 4. This reimagining of Shakespeare’s tragedy presents a comedic and provocative interpretation where characters move within a circus-like setting. The performance features Marina Rocco and Elena Lietti and is produced by Teatro Franco Parenti.
