Italian towns Peschici and Ostiglia host Notte Bianca summer festivals

The coastal town of Peschici in southern Italy will hold its "Notte Bianca" on Thursday 9 July 2026. Organized by the municipal government, the local business community and the event delegation, the night‑time programme begins at 22:00 and includes live music, itinerant theatre and circus acts, food stalls, open churches, and a dedicated area for families. Mayor Luigi D’arenzo and several municipal officials, the local police, Carabinieri and civil‑defence teams are coordinating the event.

In the northern Lombardy town of Ostiglia, the Notte Bianca returned on Friday 3 July 2026 and continued into Saturday. The historic centre filled with crowds enjoying performances by the groups Brio Mama and Taverna in Tour, a free inflatable park for children, street food trucks and extended shop hours. Mayor Luciano Barberio described the evening as a great success. The festivities will carry on with "La Plaza del Gusto", offering Spanish and South‑American street food, Latin dancing, DJ sets and further entertainment.
