Italian Trade Agency hosts F&B seminar in Ho Chi Minh City

The Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) recently hosted a seminar titled ‘SIGEP reaches out to the world - Journey in Vietnam’ in Ho Chi Minh City. The event aimed to provide Vietnamese food and beverage (F&B) enterprises with opportunities to access international market trends, technological solutions, and global expertise.

Discussions focused on Italian exports to Vietnam, specifically in sectors such as gelato, pastries, chocolate, coffee, bread, and pizza. Experts shared insights on consumer behavior and the application of Italian machinery and technology to enhance production and business operations within the culinary services sector.

The seminar also introduced SIGEP, a major international event for the food service industry, and promoted the upcoming SIGEP World 2027 exhibition, scheduled to take place from January 23 to 27, 2027, at the Rimini Exhibition Center in Italy.
