Italian Under‑19 and Under‑15 Basketball Finals Begin in June

From 4 June, Italian youth basketball clubs will compete in the national Under‑19 and Under‑15 finals. The men's Under‑19 squad, coached by Nick Busani, will play in Forte dei Marmi against CGC Viareggio, Trissino, Amatori Wasken Lodi and Valdagno, while the Under‑15 team, led by Catia Ferretti, will contest matches in Castiglione della Pescaia against Breganze, Matera, Bassano and the host club. Both groups aim to finish the season strongly in a demanding tournament schedule that runs through 7 June.

Simultaneously, the Coppa Italia Kellogg’s Under‑19 women’s competition will be held in Rome from 5–7 June, featuring eight teams in quarter‑finals, semifinals and placement games across the Palazzetto dello Sport and PalaLuiss. All matches are streamed live and stats are available via the FIP Stats app. The events showcase Italy’s developing basketball talent at the junior level.
