Campania wine producers to showcase regional excellence at Merano WineFestival 2026

Three major wine consortia from the Campania region, including Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini, VITICA, and Vites, will participate in the Merano WineFestival from November 6 to 10, 2026. Under the Campania. Wine project, the initiative aims to promote regional viticulture and strengthen the international recognition of Campanian wines.

The showcase, titled Campania Gourmet, marks its 21st year at the festival and involves 40 companies. The program includes masterclasses focusing on the evolution of white wines from areas such as Sannio, Irpinia, Vesuvio, Caserta, and Ischia. Featured varieties include Falanghina, Fiano, Pallagrello Bianco, and Biancolella.

In addition to wine tastings, the event will feature culinary showcookings and B2B meetings to connect producers with international buyers, professionals, and journalists. The project highlights the diverse identities of the region, from the volcanic soils of Caserta to the coastal wines of Salerno.
