Italian wine festivals scheduled for 2026 attract thousands of visitors
In October 2026 the 95th Festa dell'uva e del vino in Bardolino on Lake Garda is set to welcome more than 100,000 guests over five days, featuring concerts, wine tastings and local food stalls along the lakeside promenade.
The La Grande Festa del Vino® will be held on 26‑27 September 2026 at Villa Farsetti in Santa Maria di Sala (Venice). The trade fair expects 145 exhibitors from 29 countries, over 400 wine labels and a programme of master‑classes spotlighting Champagne, Amarone, Argentine wines and more.
Several "Le Notti del Vino" summer evenings are planned across Tuscany and Veneto: in Vinci (28 July, 2 August, 10 August, 30 August), in Castelvetro (31 July) focusing on Lambrusco, and in Valdobbiadene (3‑4 August) celebrating the region’s DOC‑G wines under a star‑lit open‑air setting.
Palazzo di Varignana near Bologna launches a Vinum Experience package that combines a night’s stay, spa treatments and premium wine tastings, while the Vinova project opens the first European “Albergo Diffuso” in the Gavi DOCG, offering timber‑built Wine Suites embedded among the vines.
