Italian Youth Sports Programs Launch Summer Tennis Camp and Under‑15 Basketball Contest
The Associazione Sportiva Arcobaleno in Venegono Inferiore announced the 2026 edition of its summer campus “Non Solo Tennis,” running from 8 June to 7 August. The program, aimed at children aged 6‑14, combines daily tennis lessons with other activities such as football, volleyball, beach tennis, ping‑pong, chess, swimming and study periods. Modules are offered in the morning (30 EUR), afternoon (30 EUR) or full day (50 EUR), with additional meals available.
In the province of Lucca, the Amici della Pallacanestro Luca‑del‑Bono onlus held the second edition of its Contest Under 15. The competition recognised the best male and female players not only for technical skill but also for human qualities and fair‑play. Winners Gabriele Santucci and Emma Zito each received a €500 prize, with lower‑placed athletes receiving €300 or €200, and the top performers will appear at the upcoming Trofeo Lovari tournament.
Both initiatives aim to promote participation, personal growth and sporting values among young Italians.
