Italy announces July 2026 film festivals in Castiglion Fiorentino and Castellammare del Golfo

The Castiglioni Film Festival (CFF) will run from 23 to 26 July 2026 in Castiglion Fiorentino, organized by Farrago APS with the municipality. The four‑day event includes evening screenings, free outdoor shows, an international short‑film competition that received 484 entries from 56 countries, and a jury chaired by Gregorio Paone. Guests include director Valentina Bertania, producers Marta Donzelli and Gregorio Paones, a career‑award ceremony for Mario Martone and a special appearance by Oliver Assayas.

The Cinema Film & Series Festival (CFSF) is scheduled for 27 to 31 July 2026 in Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily, produced by Vinians Production and directed artistically by Annamaria Alaimo and Antonio Enea. Its Summer Section will feature five evenings of awards, talks, musical performances, stand‑up comedy and artistic showcases. Announced participants and guests include Iva Zanicchi, Anna Falchi, Donatella Finocchiaro, Francesco Bozzi and many other Italian cinema, television and music personalities. A special STRACULT night on 30 July will be moderated by Sky journalist Alessio Viola.
