The Italian military and law enforcement agencies have announced new recruitment competitions. The Marina Militare has opened an extraordinary call for 100 Permanent Service Volunteers (VSP) to join the Coast Guard Corps. Candidates must be between 18 and 24 years old, hold a high school diploma, and have a clean criminal record. The selection process includes cultural, logical-deductive, and intellectual tests, as well as physical and psychological assessments.

Simultaneously, the Arma dei Carabinieri has launched its first extraordinary competition to recruit 400 Marshal trainees specifically for university graduates. Eligible candidates must hold degrees in scientific, humanistic, health, or environmental fields and be under 28 years of age. Successful applicants will be appointed as Marshals on voluntary fixed-term service and will undergo a training course of at least six months.
