Italy Beach Soccer Finals Showcase Youth League and Serie A Q8 Playoffs

The Youth Summer League Beach Soccer national finals concluded in Battipaglia, Salerno, with 408 athletes from 34 teams competing across U9 to U17 categories. Winners included Made in Italy (U17), Lido del Pescatore (U15), Beach Boys (U13), Young Boys Barbagno (U11) and Spes Battipaglia (U9) for the championship, while Imperial Beach (U17), Amantea Beach Soccer (U15), Delta Beach Soccer (U13) and Terracina Beach (U9) captured the Coppa Italia. The event, attended by more than 3,000 spectators, featured special guest Diego Armando Maradona Jr. and was praised by national beach‑soccer director Giampaolo Morsa for its organization and regional promotion, with thanks to national president Bruno Molea and the Campania region.

The Serie A Q8 Play‑off promotion began in Scoglitti, Sicily, where Roma Beach Soccer, Brancaleone, Vastese and Icierre Lamezia vie for the sole spot in the Poule Scudetto 2027. In the opening match, Roma BS drew 3‑3 with Brancaleone, with Emiliano Sannibale scoring twice and contributions from Simone Galletta, Francesco Patea, Bernardo, Daniele Galletta and Sonny Ferracuti. The tournament attracted enthusiastic crowds at the Beach Arena PuntoCuoresi, marking the start of the season’s decisive six‑day competition.
