Italy fuel prices face scrutiny amid regional spikes and legal complaints

The complaint accuses oil companies of speculative practices, describing a 'rocket and feather' mechanism where prices rise rapidly but fall slowly. The group is calling for investigations into potential cartels, abuse of dominant market positions, and fraudulent price increases.
