Italy hospitality sector hosts professional convention and recruitment event

The Italian hospitality and tourism sectors are hosting significant professional events focused on workforce development and recruitment.

In Agrigento, ABI Professional is organizing its XI National Convention, returning to Sicily after four years to emphasize the importance of hospitality, professionalism, and the human element in guest experiences.

Additionally, the Career & Connect recruiting event will take place on October 13 at the Palacongressi in Rimini as part of Hospitality Day. Organized by the Lavoro Turismo platform, the event aims to connect professionals directly with 15 major companies seeking staff for 2027. Participating entities include MSC Cruises, Hilton Italy, Belmond, Pellicano Hotels, and Blu Hotels. Vacancies span various roles, including bar staff, chefs, restaurant managers, sommeliers, and receptionists, across hotels, resorts, and cruise lines throughout Italy.
