Italy hosts conferences on business insolvency and cybersecurity governance
Two academic and professional conferences are being held in Italy to address critical legal and technological frameworks.
In Mazara del Vallo, the third edition of the conference “The role of the Crisis Code in the relaunch of the Italian economy” is being hosted by AGA & Partners. The event brings together magistrates, professors, and legal professionals to discuss the implementation of the Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency (CCII), which replaced the 1942 bankruptcy law. Discussions focus on early crisis prevention, business continuity, and restructuring tools.
Simultaneously, the University of Messina is hosting a conference on “Digital sovereignty and cybersecurity governance: sources, institutions and regulation.” Part of the PRIN research project on digital public order, the event gathers experts to examine sovereignty in cyberspace, institutional roles, and the regulation of strategic sectors including healthcare, defense, maritime transport, and blockchain.
