Italy hosts forums on artificial intelligence and economic development

Italy will host two significant forums focused on technological and economic transitions. In Naples, the “City Talks” event, organized by Spin Factor, will take place on October 23 and 24. The forum aims to bring together ministers, managers, and industry representatives to discuss critical issues such as energy security, artificial intelligence, geopolitics, labor, and territorial development.

Simultaneously, the “AI. DEA – Forum di Varignana” is being organized by Nomisma and Confindustria at Palazzo di Varignana. This exclusive event seeks to establish the Emilia region as a hub for artificial intelligence discussions. The forum will feature participation from major industrial groups like Barilla and Dallara, alongside high-level institutional figures including Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and European Commission Executive Vice President Raffaele Fitto, to explore the practical application and ethical implications of digital innovation in the Italian business sector.
