Various educational initiatives in Italy are focusing on civic legality and digital safety. In Puglia, the fourth edition of the 'Mi Impegno per la legalità' competition has been announced for the 2026/2027 school year. Aimed at high school students, the contest encourages the creation of literary, artistic, or digital works addressing themes such as organized crime, corruption, usury, and the social reuse of confiscated assets. The program will award 50 prizes across the six provinces of Puglia.

In Rome, the State Police are launching the 14th edition of the 'Una Vita da Social' campaign. The first stage, held at the Auditorium Seraphicum, involves over 500 secondary school students and focuses on the risks of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, deepfakes, and digital content manipulation.

Additionally, the Scuola Popolare Antimafia is debuting in Varese. Running from October 13 to November 24, this training course offers seven evening lectures led by experts and researchers. The curriculum covers the history and evolution of major criminal organizations, including Cosa Nostra and the Camorra, as well as anti-mafia legislation and the impact of organized crime in the Lombardy region.
