Italy launches new vocational training courses in hospitality and real estate
New vocational training opportunities have been announced in Italy to support professional development in the hospitality and real estate sectors.
In Rimini, Cescot Rimini is launching two certification courses. The first is a 100-hour course for commercial entrepreneurs in food and beverage service (SAB), starting October 19. It covers food safety, hygiene, business organization, and fiscal administration. The second is a 150-hour course for real estate agents, beginning November 2, focusing on regulations, contracts, marketing, and negotiation to prepare students for Chamber of Commerce exams.
In Ruvo di Puglia, a free three-year IeFP course for restaurant operators is available. This program combines classroom study with practical experience in professional kitchens alongside industry experts. Upon completion, students receive a professional qualification recognized throughout Europe, designed to facilitate entry into the workforce.
