Italy rolls out family support programmes and digital parenting campaign to boost natality
The Centro Aiuto alla Vita in Recanati marked its 20th anniversary, having assisted 89 children and preparing for the birth of its 90th, offering prenatal care and post‑birth support to families across the province.
The Federation of Italian Healthcare Companies (FIASO) and the Ministry of Health launched the "Non è mai troppo presto" campaign, presenting nine digital‑use tips for new parents at Palazzo Chigi and promoting responsible screen time through TV, radio and online spots.
The Generazione G initiative, a collaboration between Prenatal, Moige and Artsana, released its second impact report. With an investment of €498,537, the project generated a social return of €1.6 million (‑€3.21 per euro invested), supporting 308 fragile families in 28 cities, facilitating 79 births and delivering a network of trained parent‑tutors.
Artsana CEO Alberto Rivolta emphasized plans to scale the model nationally, underscoring the partnership between private, public and third‑sector actors as essential for addressing Italy’s declining natality.
