Italy launches reproductive health awareness campaign

The ‘PreServe your future – Tutela la salute riproduttiva’ campaign has launched in Italy to raise awareness regarding reproductive health and medically assisted procreation (PMA). Supported by Ibsa Italy, the initiative utilizes a mobile medical camper that will visit five Italian cities.

Young women between the ages of 25 and 35 can access free Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) testing to assess ovarian reserve. The program also provides information and counseling to help women better understand their reproductive health and the biological factors that influence fertility.

The campaign is held under the patronage of three scientific societies: Sifes (Italian Society of Fertility and Sterility), Sidr (Italian Society of Reproduction), and Siru (Italian Society of Human Reproduction). A scientific board of five experts has developed an informative document covering prevention, PMA techniques, and the interpretation of AMH test results.
