Italy political coalitions face leadership and policy divides ahead of elections

As Italy approaches next year's elections, political coalitions are preparing to address critical issues including security, healthcare, wages, immigration, and artificial intelligence. Key figures such as Elly Schlein, Giuseppe Conte, Nicola Fratoianni, and Angelo Bonelli are central to the discussion, alongside questions regarding the involvement of Matteo Renzi and centrist factions. The stability of this coalition is seen as vital not only for the next Parliament but also for the future selection of the President of the Republic.
