All Italian regions have released their school timetables for the 2026‑27 year. Start dates range from 7 September in Bolzano to 17 September in Puglia, with each region setting its own opening day for preschool and primary/secondary levels. The calendars list national holidays – such as 4 October, 1 November, 8 December, 25 December, 1 January, 6 January and Easter‑related days – and specify vacation periods, including Christmas (23 December 2026 – 6 January 2027) and Easter (25 March – 30 March 2027).
