Italy records two serious road accidents injuring motorcyclist and cyclist

In Genoa's Bolzaneto district, a 50‑year‑old motorcyclist lost control while trying to avoid a truck and collided with parked cars on Via Colano. He sustained severe injuries and was transported in red code to San Martino Hospital. The road was temporarily closed while authorities investigated the crash.

In Adro, Lombardy, a 34‑year‑old woman riding a bicycle was struck by a vehicle on Via San Pancrazio. She suffered grave chest and head injuries and was taken in red code to the Civile Hospital in Brescia. Police are examining the cause of the collision, including possible alcohol or drug use by the driver.
