Viterbo publishes list of bars and restaurants open for Ferragosto

The municipality of Viterbo will compile and publish an online list of bars, restaurants and pizzerias that remain open during the Ferragosto holiday period from 10 to 16 August 2026. Establishments must submit their opening days and hours by 10 a.m. on 7 August to the address sviluppoeconomico@comune.viterbo.it, allowing the city to post the list on its official website and Facebook page by 3 p.m. the same day. Councilor Marco Nunzi, delegated to relations with productive activities, said the initiative supports the city’s tourism drive and encourages cooperation with businesses, especially those in the historic centre, so residents and visitors can benefit from services throughout the holiday.
