Italy: Rosignano Marittimo municipal contracts and national research tender announced

The municipality of Rosignano Marittimo issued a public tender for external professional services, offering contracts of up to €139,000 (net of VAT) each. The call targets architects, engineers, geologists, surveyors and related experts to carry out topographic surveys, environmental investigations, demolition design, cadastral updates and other technical tasks related to the removal of illegal structures and the management of hydro‑geological constraints. Applications must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026.

Separately, the Italian public sector announced a call for two research assignments under the SNA (National System for Performance Measurement) project on public‑sector performance evaluation. One assignment is a scientific research contract for experts in administrative law and comparative administrative models; the second is a support‑research contract for specialists in performance management and data analysis. Proposals are due by 4 March 2026 and aim to compare performance‑measurement systems in Italy with those of other European countries.
