Italy school holidays vary for November 2

While November 1, All Saints' Day, falls on a Sunday this year, school schedules vary across Italy for the following day, November 2, which commemorates the deceased.

Because November 2 is not a national holiday, classes will proceed as usual in most areas. However, students and teachers in Calabria, Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Sardinia, Sicily, Umbria, Valle d'Aosta, and the autonomous province of Trento will have no lessons.

In the Veneto region, the break is extended from October 30 to November 2, while the autonomous province of Bolzano will observe a closure from November 2 to November 6. Specific dates are outlined in the regional school calendars published by the Ministry of Education and Merit.
