Stellantis posts seventh month of sales growth in Italy, Fiat leads
Stellantis recorded a 3.5% increase in vehicle registrations in Italy for July 2026, slightly below the national market’s 3.9% growth. When the Leapmotor brand is excluded, the group’s volume rose 1.1%. Over the first seven months of the year the Stellantis brands achieved 322,357 registrations, a 14.5% rise versus the market’s 8.9% growth.
Fiat, the group’s flagship brand, registered 14,031 units in July, up 27% year‑on‑year, lifting its market share to 11.4% (+2.1 percentage points). The Fiat Pandina was the best‑selling model with 8,472 units, representing 6.9% of the total market. Leapmotor posted 1,124 registrations in July, a 203% jump from July 2025, reaching a 0.9% market share (+0.6 points). By the end of July, Stellantis had sold 120,844 passenger cars in Italy since the start of the year, with the Pandina family accounting for about 80% of those sales.
