Italy sports car market sees growth in registrations
Data from UNRAE indicates a recovery in the Italian sports car market. While the popularity of SUVs has grown globally, true sports cars—including coupes and convertibles—have seen an increase in registrations.
In July, registrations for this segment rose by 4.5% compared to the previous year. On an annual basis, the segment grew by 8.3%, with a total of 8,405 units sold. The Porsche 911 led the market with 305 units sold, followed by the Mini, Dongfeng Shinea, BMW Series 4, Mercedes-Benz CLE, Mazda MX-5, BMW Series 2, Ferrari, BMW i4, and Porsche Panamera.
