Italy wins 2026 OGAE Second Chance Contest

Italy has won the 40th annual OGAE Second Chance Contest 2026 with the entry ‘Che fastidio!’ performed by Ditonellapiaga. Hosted by OGAE Sweden, the competition features songs that failed to win their respective national selections for the Eurovision Song Contest.

Italy secured the top spot with 318 points, marking its fifth victory in the contest's history. Ukraine followed in second place with 240 points for Jerry Heil’s ‘CATHARTICUS’, while Denmark took third place with 226 points for Ericka Jane’s ‘Death of Me’. The voting was conducted by OGAE fan clubs and guest juries from participating nations.
