The Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies has reported that the Edo (Digital Education for Employment) project successfully completed 186,151 training paths between May 2025 and June 2026.

Developed as part of the PNRR Gol Program in collaboration with regional authorities and the Department for Digital Transformation, the e-learning initiative aims to improve basic digital skills. The platform, which received technical support from Deloitte, provides 56 free training modules that grant participants national certification upon completion.

Regional data shows high engagement in Sicily, Campania, and Lombardy, which led the nation in completed courses. The program also saw significant participation from women, averaging 59.2% overall, with higher rates in regions like Valle d’Aosta. The most active demographic was the 35-50 age group, accounting for 67,209 successful completions.
