Italy's General Vannacci Defends Immigration Stance Amid Media Scrutiny

During a La7 interview, General Roberto Vannacci faced criticism from left‑wing hosts but rejected allegations of censorship, asserting his right to speak. In a separate statement, Lombardy under‑secretary for International Relations Raffaele Cattaneo emphasized the region’s robust economic ties with the United States, noting a 47% rise in exports to the U.S. despite recent tariffs.
