Italy's Health Ministry recalls frozen Shinzui ramen products

The Italian Ministry of Health has issued a recall of five frozen ramen varieties sold under the Shinzui Ramen brand. The products were produced at a plant in Peschiera Borromeo, Milan (via Achille Grandi 4/6) that lacks the required authorization. Affected lot numbers include 260211TONS, 260217MIPS, 260216TANS, 2602138H08, 260212MIS and others, with minimum conservation dates ranging from 10 February 2027 to 16 February 2027. Consumers are instructed to check the lot code on the packaging, avoid consumption, and return any recalled items to the point of purchase. The recall, announced on 4 August, covers Tonkotsu, Tantan, Shoyu, Miso, and Spicy Miso ramen packs ranging from 595 g to 705 g. The measure aims to protect public health by ensuring only authorized food products remain on the market.
