Itaúna driver flees after hitting parked motorcycle

A security camera in Itaúna, Minas Gerais, captured a hit-and-run incident involving a parked Yamaha motorcycle on Avenida Castro Alves. On the night of Saturday, September 19, a black Volkswagen Golf struck the stationary motorcycle, launching it several meters and causing significant damage.

The driver of the vehicle failed to stop at the scene to identify themselves or address the damages. The owner's family reported that the motorcycle may be a total loss. Local authorities have been notified, and the family is sharing the footage to assist in identifying the driver and the vehicle.
